yesterday test…TERRIBLE…i just duno wat to say…got study but when come into exam hall, blank!!!!!!!!!!!
actually excuse from myself, i really din prepare well…ccause don’t have enough time…
duno why…dis sem, my study mood decreases drastically…every day i think of my PSM project…what should i do next…
later got test, tomorrow got test…why life as student is always test…tired…
i hope for a holiday…
It was my first stage of psm project…
paenibacillus sp…48 hours continuosly in lab sampling every 1 hour…
for sure it was tiring as i only squeezed myslef out for total of 4 hours to sleep in 2 days…a record i made for myself haha…
it was second time i repeated the stage…
In order to get the growth curve of bacteria, i sacrified my time…mid sem break, in fact, thought to go KL de…but cancelled cause i promised myself that i must do the growth curve properly by mid sem break…
thanks god…finally i successed to get my growth curve for bacteria…not that perfect but it is good enough…\
in fact, i really appreciate my supervisor…she is indeed very nice…the enocouragement she gave to me…give me spirit to continue this project…
next week…again i think have to overnight in lab…this time, for azo reductase…

Paenibacillus is the bacteria that i use for my PSM (final year project)…In fact, yesterday afternoon i was so so so happy when got some changes at the bacteria…and then i had to subculture it…
just now i went to have a look on my dear again haha…It still there, no changes…hai tot to overnight in lab tonighet but i sont think so…
next week big chance i will overnight lo…not sure 24 hours or 48 hours…cant bring slleping bed haha…i think i will become panda bear d…
now…a little bit changes to my project is already a big support for me to continue the project even it is tiring…i satisfied with my progress now…cheers…
